Group Offerings
ARC offers private pay services (not directly through insurance) and does provide a Superbill for Out of Network services for reimbursement by insurance.
RODBT Skills
RODBT Skills focus on increasing psychological flexibility from an overcontrolled coping style that helps increase social safety and connection.
Skills groups offer support around both learning and practice in a group setting.
Group members are expected to attend regularly and meet with their individual therapist at least bimonthly (not required to be an ARC therapist).
For adults
Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills group for adults 18+ . Group members commit initially to 15 weeks and completion is approximately 30 weeks.

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills group for family members of clients who are learning RODBT skills. Group members commit to 6 sessions (over 6 months).
DBT Skills
DBT Skills focus on learning mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills . The overarching goals is increase capacity to ride the waves of emotion more effectively and communicate needs to others, without using maladaptive coping strategies that include self harm, substance use, and ineffective communication.
